Embedded in our culture through our values is our commitment to maintaining high ethical standards. We are governed by the ITW Code of Conduct, which describes the standards of behaviour expected of ITW employees. This is reviewed and updated annually. These are applied to our suppliers through our supplier code of conduct.
Anti-corruption
At Foster and Gamko we have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption at all levels of our business. All team members undergo regular e-learning training to ensure our responsibilities as individuals and as a business are fully understood and reinforced. Our code of conduct confirms our commitment to full compliance of the UK Bribery Act, FCPA, the OECD Convention and the anti-corruption laws of all countries where we do business.
Cyber security
Our team undergoes annual cybersecurity training ensuring that all employees are aware of the latest threats.
