Standard delivery is an 18-tonne lorry which is the approximate equivalent size of a double decker bus with a two-man crew, tail lift and stair walker. We also offer timed delivery, and a delivery, install and set to work service, for full information please see our latest price book.
This is especially important when it comes to the safe and timely delivery of our products.
When we are arranging delivery of your order, we will need to ask you for the following information:
- Contact details for the person expecting the delivery, so that we can reach out and confirm they are ready and available on the day of delivery.
- Contact details for the dealer who placed the order, in case we can’t reach the end user.
- Confirmation of access to site and delivery date to avoid any failed deliveries.
- Are we collecting a product at the time of delivery?
