We chose Foster for Lympstone Manor because we were looking for something that was durable, long-lasting, reliable and cost effective.
The kitchen is a hot environment so Foster helped us deliver refrigeration regardless of the circumstance.


One of the key factors with refrigeration is getting quickly to temperature (...) so having the right equipment in the right place at the right time, being able to segregate fish, meat, vegetables, is really important. These factors all weighed heavily on our decision and as a result, we use Foster for all of our kitchens.”
